By creating a NetUriel account or installing the NetUriel Agent, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NetUriel's network management platform, including the web dashboard at app.neturiel.com, the NetUriel Agent software, and any related APIs or services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Important: NetUriel may only be used on networks that you own or have explicit written permission to manage. Unauthorised use of NetUriel on networks belonging to others may constitute a criminal offence under computer misuse laws in your jurisdiction.

Each subscription plan includes a maximum number of manageable devices. If your network exceeds this limit, you must either upgrade your plan or reduce the number of managed devices. Attempting to circumvent device limits is a violation of these Terms.

NetUriel's content filtering features (DNS blocking, AI content detection, VPN detection) are provided as tools to help network administrators enforce their policies. We do not guarantee that all harmful content will be blocked, or that no legitimate content will be blocked. You acknowledge that:

If you use NetUriel to monitor employee internet usage, you are responsible for:

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% availability of the cloud dashboard and Edge Functions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The NetUriel Agent operates locally on your network and continues to enforce rules even if the cloud dashboard is temporarily unavailable, subject to the offline grace period defined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

NetUriel and all associated software, trademarks, logos, and content are the intellectual property of NetUriel Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described in these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetUriel's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if that fails, through binding arbitration.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
