    Summary: NetUriel collects minimal data necessary to operate the service.
    We do not sell your data. We do not store the content of your network traffic.
    Your personal data is limited to your email address and subscription information.
  

1. Who We Are

NetUriel is a network management and content filtering platform operated by NetUriel Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). Our dashboard is available at app.neturiel.com and our marketing website at neturiel.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

Email address (used for account authentication and communication)
Full name (provided during signup, used for personalisation)
Password (stored as a secure hash — we never see your actual password)

Network Activity Data (from the Agent)

IP addresses and MAC addresses of devices on your network
Device hostnames and vendor information
Domains that were blocked (e.g. "pornhub.com blocked at 14:32")
Security alert types (e.g. "VPN detected from 192.168.1.4")
Bandwidth statistics (aggregate bytes per device)

We do NOT collect or store:

The actual content of web pages visited
Full URLs (only domain names)
Payload data from intercepted packets
Any personal information about the people using devices on your network
Images or files from network traffic

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive notification that a payment was made and your subscription plan, but we never see or store your credit card details.

Technical Information

Agent hostname and operating system
Agent version number
Heartbeat timestamps (to determine if an agent is online)

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the NetUriel service
To display your network data on your dashboard
To send you alerts and reports you have configured
To enforce subscription limits (device count, plan features)
To send account-related emails (password reset, subscription receipts)
To improve the service based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase with the following protections:

Row Level Security: each user can only access data belonging to their organisation
Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS)
Agent tokens are cryptographically signed and expire after 30 days
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we cannot recover your password

5. Data Retention

Block logs: retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
Alerts: retained for 180 days
Bandwidth stats: retained for 30 days
Device records: retained while your account is active
Account data: retained until you delete your account
On account deletion: all data is permanently deleted within 30 days

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting (GDPR compliant)
Lemon Squeezy — payment processing (PCI compliant)
Vercel — web app hosting (SOC 2 compliant)
Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights

7. Anonymous Telemetry

The NetUriel Agent sends anonymous usage statistics once per week to help us improve the product. This includes: plan name, approximate device count, operating system, and agent version. No IP addresses, no personal information, and no network content is included. You can disable this in Agent Settings.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in a portable format
Object to certain types of processing

9. Cookies

The NetUriel dashboard (app.neturiel.com) uses only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session cookie). No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

NetUriel is a B2B and B2C network management tool intended for use by adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent notice on app.neturiel.com. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
